Andrew, I'm glad you're concerned about it tips! I've been working at Kneaders for 3 years now, started when I turned sixteen. And I'm happy to let you and anyone else know that this isn't happening. The manager splits the tips up between all the employes based on hours, so that the people who made your food also get a cut, not just the cashier. My last manager even refused to take any of the tips for himself.
