Kinda busy when we went in today, but we had our food in less then ten min. Food was delicious and service was great. Definitely coming back.

Ordered Kneaders catering for a work offsite. They were early and everything went great. We loved the sandwich buffet and desserts.

Stopped in for Father's Day. Refused to give my 19 year free french toast. Seems for something like this they really need to take one's word for it. What's worse they only have one unisex restroom.

I am a regular Kneaders patron in St. George. Gave this one a shot while here at a conference. I was amazed at how poorly they threw together what had been considered my favorite--a chicken croissant. The filling was runny and heavy on the vegetables without much chicken. Salad was wilted lettuce. I would have taken it back but was already on my way. Disappointing considering my experience with other Kneaders has been good.

I felt like it was slow service for how few people were in. But overall was good food and came out correct. Spacious seating area also.

Got kicked out because I ASKED the lady to remake the coffee I had ordered. I instantly got ignored and no body came to see what the problem was. After about 10 minutes of getting ignored and all the staff was in the back talking amongst themselves while there's a lobby full of people, I finally just said "give me the wrong coffee that I paid for, I'm getting ignored and there's just no communication" one employee with no hair net, no gloves, far below the food industry standards for safe food handing, came up and started yelling(he also had AIRPODS IN HIS EARS) saying not to talk to them that way. After I tried to explain he just said "you get out now, out of my shop, you're not welcome anymore!" Unprofessional, and unhelpful staff that does not know how to communicate with customers.

You cannot go wrong at kneaders!!!! I love all of their food. They are closed on Sunday (except Park City) so after 8pm all bakery items are half off! Yummy!! Get a rewards card to earn points!

Friendly staff can make or break it for me. These guys were great. I suggest the chicken pesto panini!

I went for celebration dessert, and there was a vast choice. I settled for a slice of raspberry cream pie. In a pie shell, there was a base of whipped cream cheese mixture. On top, a thin layer of fresh respberry puree. It's probably seasonal but amazingly tasty and satisfying! This pie is a winner! There were also large sugar cookies in the shape of a pencil, for school starting. Mint brownies. Double fudge brownies. Pies, coated apples on sticks, gifts, and much much more. Tasty treats all around.

Service and food were great. And a bathroom should never smell that good.

Very unfriendly staff. Got an omelette and it was very runny. The bread was soggy. My wife's croissant was hard as a rock. Also, one of the employees was standing there in front drinking an energy drink. I like energy drinks too but it was not professional and unattractive.

Park City/Newpark Kneaders: We waited for 1 hour for our food and finally left without it. When we finally asked for our money back there were still 7 orders in front of ours. There were not enough seats for the people waiting for their food, way over the fire code limit posted on the wall, and yet there were boxes and bags of bread taking up tables that they did not want moved. I emailed asking management if they would inform customers when the wait time was so long, they said they should but when I asked how they would do that and when they would start they stopped communicating. I will never go here again.

This is my first experience going to Kneaders and I have to say, I'll be going as often as I can, the sandwiches my wife and I had we're excellent and their frozen hot chocolate is delicious!

This place is busy and they don’t have enough employees to handle the work load. We ordered and it took 45 mins to get 3 croissants, 2 cinnamon rolls, and coffee

Kneader is one of the best sandwich places in Utah! They have great soups as well. My favorite bread is any sandwich made with their hazelnut bread. Yum!

Noticed right away that things were kind of chaotic here. Our food finely arrived over thirty minutes after ordering. The order was incomplete and the french toast was cold. Aside from that the food was just OK. Not a good experience. Next time we will try somewhere else.

Fresh quality food, good prices. staff is always friendly... except the manager, he’s not helpful or friendly

The sandwiches were large and very good. One was with chips ,the other with a small salad . The prices were under $10. Although we had no room for desserts, they sure looked delicious. Enjoy!

Took them about 15 minutes to make one coffee and they got my order wrong. It wasn't even that busy and one coffee should not have taken that long. We politely asked them to fix the wrong order and we got ignored. After waiting even longer we told them we would just take the coffee that we paid for because we were tired of waiting and being ignored. One employee rudely yelled at us to get out and that we weren't welcome there when we simply wanted to get what we actually ordered. The staff was extremely rude and not one employee we talked to was friendly in any way.Will never go there again and highly recommend that no one else step foot in that building. That was some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Not the best kneaders that I've eaten at. The bathroom door handle was broken. They had a sign warning people. Was really busy at the time I went. The food didn't take to long to get made and tasted good. Only complaint was the French dip sandwich bread was burned to a black on the bottom luckily the au jus was able to over power the burn. I'll definately keep eating at kneaders locations.

Manny was the best customer service rep I ever met. He recommended to me the best sandwich I ever ate in my life. The turkey bacon avocado on sourdough bread was the best! He also had some good tips on hiking trails around the town. He was also cute and I wish he would date my granddaughter. She is also single

Terrible experience! Bathroom had 2 inches of standing water, presumably from over flowing toilets. Nobody attending it. When I asked if they could clean it up so my 2 year old daughter could use the bathroom, they ignored me and told me that I would have to wait til they have time. To top it off, my food came semi cold and with dirt on it. Guess they are using the 5 second rule. The staff was very rude to other customers there too. I would never tell anyone to eat there. Plenty of places to get coffee and luke warm breakfast and sandwiches. Zero stars.

Avoid if you need to be out the door within twenty minutes.Had a really unfortunate experience at the Kneaders in Park City, Utah. I showed up around 9:40 AM. I had an appointment across the street at 10 AM, and I figured that twenty minutes would be adequate to eat a quick breakfast and then head over to the appointment.Well, fifteen minutes later, no food, and they were clearly way behind. It was frustrating, because while they were clearly behind, there were not too many people in the restaurant. Things just seemed to be going slow. When it became clear that they were not going to be getting to my meal in time to eat before my appointment. So I left, and will not be returning to this Kneaders.I would avoid this restaurant if you are in any kind of hurry, or even need to be done in any kind of reasonable time.

Just had an order to go. 2 orders of French toast and 2 orders of the American Omelet. I got home and opened the French toast... it’s soggy all the way through... just cooked right in the edge. Very disappointed especially when I had driven 15 minutes to get there and 15 back. The omelets were more like a scrambled omelet. Definitely not a normal omelette.

The food is great, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service wonderful.

I've been to Kneaders quite a few times for lunch, but this was my first time getting breakfast. Loved the french toast. It's all you can eat, but I didn't end up going back for more because I couldn't even finish the first round. It is super filling. It's really good. We stayed at the Newpark Resort, which is connected to the restaurant so it was a perfect location for us. This will be our go-to breakfast spot from now on whenever we're staying in Park City.

Amazing sandwich, the old white lady was the sweetest person. Their cookies are literal heaven

We stayed at Newpark Resort for a weekend and saw Kneaders (across the street) the day we checked into the hotel. Decided to try it out the next morning for breakfast and we were so glad we did! They have a great variety of breakfast foods and pastries, and the coffee was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and patient. They answered all our questions and we genuinely felt welcomed. We ordered pancakes, a breakfast croissant, and an Italian omelet. Our food was ready within a couple minutes and it was delicious. Don't leave without buying the banana bread!

Best smoothies and sandwiches around! 100% a better stop than McDonald's

Delightful little bakery with croissant breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Prices are good, food is good and portion as desired. Worth stopping for breakfast or lunch.

Went for there all day French toast special today at 2 PM. Told us they were just sold out. How do you have a all day special and not have it. And it is French toast. Doesn't take a lot of ingredients.

The customer service was great but the line to order and the wait for food was very long. It took about 30 minutes before our bowl of soup was brought out and the French dip was sub par in comparison to other locations. Overall, not very impressed with the food quality.

Done with this place. They can't ever seem to get an order right. Our order today was missing a side of fruit, which I noticed in the car so I went in and asked for it. Some of the fruit was moldy (see pic). Then when I got home I realized both sausage egg and cheese croissantsI ordered were missing the sausage!

Always delicious food here, and the desserts are so good you might start a fight over them.

My kids love the all you can eat French toast....little disappointed with last visit...ran out of whipped cream. Really? Smith's grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Cashier was less than helpful...pleasant enough but no pride in her job.

This Kneaders provided good food, on par for the chain, but just could not keep up with cleaning... had to ask 3 times for cleaning cloth to wipe off the multiple sticky spots on the better choice of tables, and the floor looked like it was a week behind...And it was NOT like they were really over worked, various back room help seemed to be just chatting/ standing around while only one was doing all the work

Friendly service... their Sourdough pancakes were really good! The fresh squeezed orange juice was just right. Location was right under our hotel so it was super convenient and easy to get to. The staff had taken precautions with the silverware so people who might be sick couldn’t infect others. I thought that was very forward thinking. I would definitely eat here again when I am in town.

The food was very tasty. Ended up there for breakfast and returned for lunch and breakfast the next day. Meals were portioned just right so you were very satisfied without being stuffed. The various samples of their breads and pastries make it difficult not to purchase more than you came for.

Loved the chunky cinnamon French toast all you can eat. At over 1000 calories, not to mention the cream and syrup, you have to be ready for a sugar coma or a good hike and a bunch of water. I was thirsty for hours after pounding a few of these yummy things. Well worth the calories. The staff was friendly and were amazingly fast in their service. Extra French toast were hard to resist.
